Signing up for Faithwalkers is easy. It only takes 3 steps.

STEP 1: Registration

Each family member must be registered individually, with the exception of couples.

NOTE: If you cancel your registration, GCC reserves the right to retain funds paid by you to GCC if GCC is liable for expenses due because of your registration.

STEP 2: (For Minors Only - under 18yrs of age) Consent Form

A.  If you are 18 years of age or older, skip Step 2 and go directly to Step 3.
    
B.  Are you under 18 years old? If so, make sure your parent(s) read the following Rules for Minors and follow the steps in C and D below:    

Rules for Minors (under 18 years old)

1. Because we value strong families so much, we strongly encourage parents to attend with their children.
2. No one 13 or younger can attend the conference without a parent or official guardian.
3. A person over 13 and under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian, or be chaperoned by a person who is at least 25 years old, preferably another parent who is also bringing his/her teen.
4. Every parent of a child (under 18) attending the conference must sign the Family Responsibility Acknowledgment form, recognizing that he/she will take responsibility for the oversight of the child. (If a parent is bringing more than one child, only one form per family needs to be filled out). Please click on the "Consent Forms" tab to the left for more information.
5. In the case of a teen being chaperoned, one of the parents sending the child and the person assuming responsibility for the child must sign the Chaperone Forrm and Medical Release Form, acknowledging this chaperone arrangement. Please click on the "Consent Forms" tab to the left for more information.
6. A person cannot chaperone more than 4 teens. (For example, two children with two of their friends, max., or one child with 3 friends, max.)

C.  To the Parent:  Download the Instruction Sheet.

D.  To the Parent:  Fill out one of the two following forms and return to the GCC office no later than December 10, 2010.    

Chaperone Form and Medical Release Form should be completed by you as the parent/legal guardian and your chaperone, if you as the parent/legal guardian are sending your teen(s) to the conference with a chaperone.

Family Responsibility Acknowledgment should be filled out by you as the parent/legal guardian if you are attending the conference with your child(ren.)

STEP 3: Housing and Meals

• Register for your room and food by calling the Ridgecrest Conference Center at 1-800-588-7222. When you register, mention that you are part of the Faithwalkers group. NOTE: You will need to work out housing arrangements with others from your local church on your own.

Ridgecrest Room Prices

Check in December 27th, check out December 31st. PRICES LISTED ARE PER NIGHT PER ROOM AND SHOULD BE DIVIDED AMONG THE PEOPLE SHARING THE ROOM.

EX. 4 people sharing a deluxe room would pay $320 total (4 nights) with each person paying $80  

EX. 2 people sharing a deluxe room would pay $240 total(4 nights) with each person paying $120
