Registration covers your conference fee ONLY. You will need to arrange your own housing and meals through Ridgecrest Conference Center.

Each family member must be registered individually, with the exception of couples.

NOTE: If you cancel your registration, GCC reserves the right to retain funds paid by you to GCC if GCC is liable for expenses due because of your registration.

Ridgecrest Room Prices

Check in December 27th, check out December 31st. PRICES LISTED ARE PER NIGHT PER ROOM AND SHOULD BE DIVIDED AMONG THE PEOPLE SHARING THE ROOM.

EX. 4 people sharing a deluxe room would pay $320 total (4 nights) with each person paying $80  

EX. 2 people sharing a deluxe room would pay $240 total(4 nights) with each person paying $120

Childcare

No formal childcare will be provided at Faithwalkers. However, there will be a room available for nursing mothers, and another for parents to be with their small children during sessions. Audio and visual feeds will be available in these rooms.

Ridgecrest Food Prices

A meal plan includes 9 meals, Monday breakfast through Wednesday dinner.

Are you registering a child under the age of 18?

If so, please read the following:
Rules for Minors (under 18 years old)

  1. We strongly encourage parents to attend with their children.
  2. No one 13 or younger can attend the conference without a parent or official guardian. 
  3. A person over 13 and under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian, or be chaperoned by another parent who is also bringing his/her teen. 
  4. Every parent of a child (under 18) attending the conference must sign the Family Responsibility Acknowledgment form, recognizing that he/she will take responsibility for the oversight of the child. (If a parent is bringing more than one child, only one form per family needs to be filled out). Please click on the "Consent Forms" tab to the left for more information.
  5. In the case of a teen being chaperoned, one of the parents sending the child and the parent assuming responsibility for the child must sign the Chaperone Form, acknowledging this chaperone arrangement. Please click on the "Consent Forms" tab to the left for more information.
  6. A parent cannot chaperone more than 4 teens. (For example, two children with two of their friends, max., or one child with 3 friends, max.)
